Ultra Pet Sample Voucher – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the issuance, use, and redemption of Ultra Pet sample vouchers (“Voucher”). By accepting or using a Voucher, the recipient (“Customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Voucher Issuance and Eligibility

1.1. Vouchers are issued by Ultra Pet (or its authorized representatives) for the purpose of redeeming a free sample of Ultra Pet pet food.
1.2. Each Voucher is non-transferable, may only be used once, and is valid for a single redemption per Customer.
1.3. Vouchers are provided for promotional purposes only and have no monetary value.

2. Validity Period

2.1. Each Voucher shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue.
2.2. Any attempt to redeem a Voucher after the expiration date shall be void, and Ultra Pet shall have no obligation to honor expired Vouchers.

3. Redemption Conditions

3.1. Vouchers may only be redeemed at participating pet stores as designated by Ultra Pet from time to time.
3.2. Redemption of a Voucher is subject to product availability. Samples are offered strictly while stocks last.
3.3. The Customer must present the Voucher at the time of redemption. Failure to present a valid Voucher will render the offer void.
3.4. Ultra Pet and participating retailers reserve the right to refuse redemption where:

(a) the Voucher has expired, been tampered with, copied, or otherwise altered;

(b) the Customer has already redeemed a Voucher; or

4. Limitations and Exclusions

4.1. Vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit, or any alternative product.
4.2. Lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers will not be replaced or honored.
4.3. Vouchers may not be sold, resold, auctioned, or otherwise exchanged for consideration.

5. Liability

5.1. Ultra Pet shall not be liable for any loss, claim, damage, expense, or injury incurred by the Customer or any third party arising from or in connection with the use or attempted use of a Voucher, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
5.2. Ultra Pet makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, suitability, or merchantability of the sample product offered.

6. General Provisions

6.1. Ultra Pet reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend these Terms and the Voucher promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.2. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Voucher is issued.
6.3. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
